In May 2021, Singaporean artist Faris Nakamura unveiled his Facebook Open Arts commissioned piece titled, We Are Here. Located at the Meta APAC HQ, Marina One, the 15-meter wall installation is his largest artwork thus far.

 

"We Are Here" explores the concept of public spaces and imbues them with a sense of familiarity and safety. Inspired by Singapore’s architecture and completed for Facebook as part of their Facebook Open Arts program, Faris invited viewers to share their personal encounters with building sites such as stairwells, void decks, and corridors.
